My plan:
75 Days Until Summer!!! I weighed in at the disgusting weight of 180!!! Yes, that is me for right now. My goal is to be 135 pounds by summer! I have a feeling that is too much weight to lose by June 20, 2010 so I have set my weight loss plan to lose 35
pounds by then. I think with my low-carb plan (can lose up to 15 lbs in 2 weeks) and a few days of fasting in-between that I can do this! I have set some goals and rewards to motivate myself.
GW1: 169 Cute pair of flip-flops
GW2: 158 New pair of sunglasses
GW3: 146 New Beach Towel
GW4: 135 Victoria's Secret Swimsuit
This all gets me excited just thinking about it. I want all these things, but I am going to make myself work for them!

While watching...
While watching "The Biggest Loser" I did leg lifts. I have been eating really well. especially since monday and in the last 3 weeks, I have lost 10 pounds. So, I have one 10 lb goal down and am on to my next 10 lb goal. I am happy about that today. And www.prettythin.com really helps me everyday. I post and keep in touch with others who are in my same shoes. And the shoes don't fit cuz they are too tight. Because I am fat! But, I am not going to be fat forever. 1st Goal - 20 lbs by MARCH 20, 2010 (BF wedding) 2nd Goal - Run 5K on MARCH 27, 2010 3rd Goal - 30 more lbs down by summer (so I can buy a VS swim suit) 4th Goal - to maintain that on through to my 33rd BD on OCTOBER 10, 2010. Those are all my goals (For Now)
